Alpha Leap is a digital research service. There is no physical product and nothing is ever shipped.

What You Receive

Your membership gives you electronic access to the Alpha Leap dashboard, where you can view the current model portfolio, quarterly review notes, your own performance tracking, reports, and notifications. Trade execution itself happens directly in your own Zerodha account via Kite Publisher — we never hold or move your funds or securities.

How Access Is Delivered

• Access is delivered electronically — there is no courier, postal, or physical delivery step of any kind.
• You complete three steps before your membership activates: identity verification, KYC (via our KYC vendor), and payment.
• Once your payment is confirmed and your KYC is approved, your dashboard access (AlphaLeapEnabled status) is activated automatically and typically within minutes of successful payment confirmation.
• KYC approval itself is a manual verification step on our end; it is typically completed the same business day, and in all cases you will be notified by email/WhatsApp once it is done.
• You access everything you've paid for simply by logging into your Alpha Leap dashboard at any time, from any device, using the email and password you registered.

If Access Doesn't Activate

If your payment succeeded but your dashboard does not show active membership within 24 hours, please contact us immediately at research@investace.in or +91 93266 57923 (10 AM–6 PM, Mon–Sat) and we will resolve it promptly.
