Alpha Leap is a research product: a model portfolio of listed equity (cash-market) shares, built on fundamental analysis, reviewed quarterly. Alpha Leap covers cash equity only — it does not include futures, options, or any other derivative instrument. We are not a broker, portfolio manager, or execution platform; every order is placed by you, in your own Zerodha account, via Kite Publisher — we never hold your funds or securities.
No Guaranteed Returns
Our recommendations do not carry, and must never be represented as carrying, any assurance or guarantee of returns. Registration granted by SEBI, and any certification from NISM, in no way guarantees the performance of the intermediary or provides any assurance of returns to investors. Past performance shown on this website or dashboard is historical fact only and is not indicative of future results.

We do not receive any consideration, remuneration, or compensation from any broker, execution platform, or issuer of securities in connection with the research services provided to you. We do not recommend the use of any specific broker or execution service, and receive no benefit if you choose one. Our research analysts and representatives do not trade personally in the securities covered by our own research services, in keeping with the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014.
Investor Do's and Don'ts
Do
- Always deal only with a SEBI-registered Research Analyst, and verify the registration number yourself on SEBI's website.
- Pay only through regular banking channels, and retain your payment receipts.
- Read all disclosures in our research before acting on it, and use independent judgement.
- Report any Research Analyst offering assured or guaranteed returns to SEBI.
Don't
- Never hand over funds directly to a Research Analyst for investment on your behalf — we never ask for this.
- Never share your trading or demat account login credentials with us or anyone claiming to represent us.
- Don't act on unsolicited tips, rumours, or advertisements claiming assured returns.
Grievance Redressal
You may raise a query or complaint in writing, by email, or by phone with our Compliance Officer (see Contact Us). You can expect a reply within 14 days. If unresolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate to SEBI SCORES or the ODR Portal.
